Well This Is Funny...

I got retweeted today by @nprfreshair. In sort of a weird context, but still cool.

This tweet only engendered one reply as far as I can tell. It was, and I quote:

@aaroncthomas you're a fool.

Truth be told, talking about acting is almost always pretentious, if you ask me. I feel a lot of feelings. I work really hard. I try to be the best at what I do. Sure. All of that may be true. But even when it is a good performance, it's still a discussion where you remind us that you are good at what you do, or even worse: you try to convince us that you are good at what you do. It's hard for that to be anything but self-aggrandizing.
